IndexMyURL
IndexMyURL is a cutting-edge SaaS platform designed to accelerate the discovery and indexing of your URLs by both traditional search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, and Yandex, as well as leading AI search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. It serves as the only URL indexer that covers both traditional and AI search engines in a single campaign, making it an essential tool for SEO professionals, link builders, agencies, and independent site owners aiming for comprehensive online visibility.
Key Features
Dual Indexing Campaigns: One credit provides two results – Google crawl signals and AI search discovery.
Google Crawl Signals: A 15-day cycle with 14 signal rounds, verified on days 8 and 15, ensuring Googlebot visit confirmation.
AI Search Discovery: Real-time IndexNow notification to Bing (powering ChatGPT Browse & Copilot), direct signals for PerplexityBot, Google crawl signals for Gemini, and open-web discovery for Claude via Brave Search.
Flexible Pricing: Pay-per-URL model with no subscription, and credits that never expire.
Auto Refund Guarantee: Automatic refund if Googlebot or Bing does not visit your URL within 15 days.
Smart Submission: Free validation of URLs (404s, redirects, noindex) before credits are charged, supporting CSV, sitemap, and RSS imports for up to 10,000 URLs per campaign.
Use Cases
IndexMyURL is invaluable for SEOs and content creators who need to ensure their valuable backlinks, such as guest posts, niche edits, and citations, are quickly discovered and indexed. Without proper crawl signals, these links can remain invisible to search engines for weeks, diminishing their SEO value. IndexMyURL solves this by actively sending signals to Googlebot, significantly reducing the time to discovery and ensuring your link-building efforts yield results faster.
Furthermore, with the rise of AI search engines, appearing in platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude is crucial for modern content visibility. IndexMyURL provides a unique solution by simultaneously targeting these AI engines through their respective discovery paths, ensuring your content is not only found by traditional search but also by the next generation of information retrieval systems. This comprehensive approach guarantees maximum exposure for your digital assets.
Pricing Information
IndexMyURL operates on a flexible pay-per-URL model, eliminating the need for subscriptions. Users purchase credits that never expire, allowing them to use the service as needed. Plans range from 800 credits for freelancers at $15 to 15,000 credits for agencies at $249, with per-URL costs as low as $0.016. A 15-day auto-refund guarantee is provided if Googlebot or Bing does not visit the submitted URL, and 10 free credits are offered to new users to start without a credit card.
User Experience and Support
The platform features a live dashboard that allows users to track the real-time status of their URLs, showing progress from “queued” to “indexed” with Googlebot visit confirmation. The interface is designed for ease of use, supporting bulk URL submissions via paste, CSV, sitemap, or RSS feed. Users receive email notifications for campaign completion and refund alerts. Priority support via live chat ensures quick assistance, and full API access is available for integration into existing workflows.
Technical Details
IndexMyURL leverages various mechanisms to achieve its indexing goals, including sending direct crawl signals to Googlebot and utilizing the IndexNow protocol for real-time notifications to Bing. Bing’s index, in turn, powers AI platforms like ChatGPT Browse and Microsoft Copilot. The service also facilitates discovery by PerplexityBot’s independent crawler and ensures visibility for Claude via Brave Search’s open-web index, demonstrating a multi-faceted technical approach to web discovery.
Pros and Cons
